We are seeking a seasoned data governance professional to design, implement and optimize end-to-end data solutions for leading organizations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 security and compliance, and Azure governance tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement data governance strategies using Microsoft Purview, ensuring seamless data classification, retention and compliance.
  • Audit and monitor data policies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization recommendations.
  • Develop automation workflows using PowerShell, Python or APIs to streamline data governance processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to define data security strategies and provide guidance on best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with data classification, sensitivity labeling, insider risk management and retention policies.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, and Azure governance tools.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python or automation tools for scripting and policy enforcement.
  • Familiarity with industry compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, Essential Eight etc.).
  • Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms, identity governance and security operations is desirable.
