About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Northcott, a leading not-for-profit disability service provider. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy services to our customers, particularly children and young people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services to a paediatric caseload, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities in an autonomous, efficient, and effective manner.
  • Work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, families, and carers to ensure person-centred care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of therapy programs and services that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and professional registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to a paediatric caseload.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities in an autonomous, efficient, and effective manner.
  • An understanding of the NDIS framework and working within a fee-for-service model is desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
