Calvary Care is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. As a Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in our Transitional Aged Care Service, Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, and Day Rehabilitation Unit.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity available from September 2024 to October 2025. As a Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing physiotherapy services to patients in our Rehabilitation Services, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participating in staff and student supervision, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA Physiotherapy Registration Board.
  • Postgraduate Physiotherapy experience, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Unrestricted Class C Driver's license and current Working with Children Check.
