Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and luxury travel experiences.

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sale and service of travel bookings for guests and travel agents. You will provide excellent communication skills, develop and maintain efficient work processes, and communicate effectively with internal and external staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible travel experiences for our guests.
  • Work closely with the sales team to promote our products and services.
