Job Description:

The successful applicant will lead a vibrant team dedicated to nurturing children's development in a warm and collaborative environment.

They will be part of the Leadership Team, working closely with the College Principal through the ELC Director.

">

This position involves building a community that supports families and provides safety and care for each unique child while fostering a love for professional learning among all team members.

">

Responsibilities include teaching and learning programs developed from a biblical perspective using the Understanding by Design curriculum framework.

">

Additional duties include delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, supporting the growth of students, staff, and parents, and actively contributing to the Christian life of the College community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Lead Educator with previous experience in a 3-year-old or 4-year-old learning community.">
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a Teaching and Learning Team.">
  • Proficiency in Digital Technology.">
  • Effective pedagogical practice in an ELC setting, including various modes of documentation for the evaluation and assessment of children's learning.">
  • Ability to create and engage in a respectful and collaborative learning culture.">
