Contract Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support to contract managers on contract conditions and risk assessments.
  • Conduct contract management health checks and manage contract assurance to meet commercial outcomes, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Build organisational capability in contract management practices to improve contract performance.
  • Advise on and ensure contract risk mitigation initiatives are implemented.
  • Provide advice on contract issue resolution processes.
  • Develop and publish a centralised contract register and contract expiry report.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience in contract management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in contract management, supplier relationship management, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in contract management assurance and support.
  • Experience with ERP systems and related contract management systems.
  • Previous experience with commercial contracts.
  • Advanced stakeholder relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence.
