Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude and empathy.
  • Efficiently sell movie tickets, provide information about showtimes, promotions, and special offers while ensuring accurate communication.
  • Timely handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Operate the concession stand, selling snacks, beverages, and merchandise in a tidy environment.
  • Prepare and maintain food and beverage items while adhering to established health and safety standards.
  • Strategically upsell products and encourage loyalty program sign-ups.
  • Ensure theater cleanliness and organization before, during, and after shows.
  • Proactively monitor movie screenings for technical issues and report any problems effectively.
  • Assist in setting up and cleaning theaters between showings efficiently.
