Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role within the retail sector, responsible for driving business performance and process improvements across systems, supply chain, and operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of retail management practices, including inventory control, as well as experience working with data analysis and process workflows. Additionally, they must be able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and IT to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyse current systems and processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Drive the enhancement of stock management processes to support accuracy, availability, and customer demand
  • Support multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deliverables align with business objectives and operational needs
  • Map business processes and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support integration of new systems and enhancements
  • Provide end-to-end support including workshops, user story development, and UAT coordination
  • Act as the bridge between business units and technical delivery teams to ensure seamless project outcomes
