At Johnson Controls, a global leader in diversified technology and multi-industrial solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled ILS Project Engineer to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated logistics support plans to ensure project success, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage logistics support activities, including maintenance planning, supply chain management, configuration management, and technical documentation.
  • Prepare technical documentation, such as maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, and spare parts catalogs.
  • Provide guidance on failure analysis, maintenance practices, and reliability studies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to identify optimal solutions.
  • Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on ILS-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and logistics support, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated logistics support principles and methodologies.
  • Experience within the Industrial Refrigeration and Defence industries, with a foundational understanding of relevant practices and processes.
  • Familiarity with local industry standards and regulations, such as DEF(AUST)5692 and the ASDEFCON support processes suite of standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
