Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Domestic Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality services to valued customers.

The Role

This role involves travelling between customer's homes and assisting them with domestic duties such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

Domestic Assistants will also monitor the well-being of customers and report on their progress, providing updates following each service.

  • Provide support with daily living activities
  • Assist with personal care and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks

Domestic Assistants will work in a dynamic and caring environment, supporting customers in their own homes throughout the Gold Coast area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with domestic duties and daily living activities
  • Monitor customer well-being and report progress
  • Provide updates following each service
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps, for accessing rosters and recording customer notes and feedback.

Requirements

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check

Current First Aid certificate/CPR

Current Australian Drivers License

Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle

Smart phone with internet access

Current Working with Children Check (preferred)
