Home Care Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for casual and/or permanent part-time positions on the Gold Coast to support people in living independently and happily in their home and community.
About the Role:
This is an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients who are elderly and/or living with a disability. As a Support Worker, you will assist them by helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment through domestic duties such as cleaning and home upkeep.
You will be required to work a minimum of 4 days a week, Tuesday to Friday. Your tasks will also focus on providing personal care, social support, in-home respite, and domestic assistance, helping clients maintain their independence.

The Successful Applicant Will:
Be positive, proactive, and bring a vibrant, can-do attitude.
Hold a First Aid/CPR certificate and NDIS Worker Clearance (or be willing to obtain).
Own a smartphone compatible with third-party apps.
Be competent in basic computing tasks such as email access and online meetings.
In addition to the above requirements, Domestic Support Workers should maintain the physical capacity to complete domestic duties.
Cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
Lifestyle Support Workers should hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support and have experience providing in-home care and support.
They should also be capable of providing personal care and support for mobility and transfers.
