Job Overview

We're seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating between clients and technicians, and scheduling installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential home lifts.

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing top-notch service over the phone and via email.
  • Ensure seamless experiences by coordinating between clients and skilled technicians.
  • Schedule installation, maintenance, and repair appointments for residential home lifts, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Possess confident and professional communication skills (phone and email).
  • Demonstrate proven experience in rostering and scheduling.
  • Exhibit strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain composure under pressure.
  • Thrive as a proactive problem-solver who excels at juggling tasks, planning ahead, and solving problems.
