Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Lead and support the Food and Beverage team to exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure seamless set-up, service, and breakdown of dining and event areas.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high-quality food presentation and service standards.
  • Monitor staffing levels and rosters to meet operational requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing training to align with brand standards and foster professional growth.
  • Address guest feedback promptly, resolving complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
