Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Group Ethics and Compliance Director, develop and implement the Group's Ethics and Compliance program within their scope of responsibility:
  • Design, initiate, maintain, and review local policies, procedures, and controls for the general operation of the Group's Ethics and Compliance program. Manage the day-to-day operation of the program and provide guidance to management and employees.
  • Assist in risk management in terms of compliance.
  • Establish and maintain an effective internal communication program on compliance and help develop the internal compliance training program.
  • Ensure the periodic reporting of Compliance activities. Monitor the performance of the Compliance program and take appropriate actions to improve its effectiveness.
  • Participate in the Export Control process in liaison with all the units in Group QA, Risks, Compliance, Internal Control Department.
