About Our Training Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled professional to enhance the capabilities of our team members at a dynamic distribution centre.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Innovative Training: Deliver engaging orientation and induction programs to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new staff members, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Capsule Building: Support labour capability through comprehensive training and assessments, addressing skill gaps and training needs in collaboration with leadership and learning teams.
  • Coaching: Uplift individual and collective performance against business requirements, providing guidance and realignment to ensure adherence to standards and expectations.
  • Skill Development: Proactively identify and manage skill gaps, working closely with leadership and learning teams to develop targeted training solutions that drive results.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate training schedules and attendance, ensuring seamless delivery of training programs that meet the evolving needs of our organisation.

About You

We are looking for an energetic and vibrant individual who can bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to inspire and motivate the team. As a key member of our team, you will have the ability to confidently guide and realign team members to ensure adherence to standards and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working within high-volume, multi-brand distribution or logistics environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
  • Proven ability to effectively train and develop internal and labour hire staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and excel in their roles.
  • Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Legislation and its implications on workplace safety and compliance.
  • Demonstrated understanding of hazard identification, incident management, and investigation processes.
