Role Responsibilities

As a Solutions Architect, you will take the lead in guiding and supporting project strategies and architectural activities, overseeing the development and management of a portfolio of solutions within this sector.

Your role will involve providing leadership, analysis, and design tasks to support the creation of technology solutions that align with business requirements and adhere to strategic directions, policies, and standards.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders across business and IT functions to develop effective roadmaps, conduct options analysis, and design solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance with architectural governance, policies, and standards. Strong engagement and relationship management skills are essential for delivering reliable and secure outcomes for clients.

Project Highlights

  • Developing technical capabilities, including new solutions and transforming existing ones – Creating solution design proposals and evaluating industry options such as cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions.
  • Supporting the delivery of capability roadmaps, engaging with business owners, and creating high-level designs to facilitate delivery.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, such as technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or cloud development
  • Familiarity with diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments
  • Solid understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of these technologies to evolving business and operational models
  • Good grasp of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies, with the ability to support agile teams by providing insights on opportunities, impacts, and risks, while considering technical and architectural debt
  • Experience in relevant industries is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Experience in developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps
  • Strong engagement and relationship management experience, with confidence in delivering presentations to senior executives and technical audiences
