**Job Summary**

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Hospitality Assistant. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, preparing and serving delicious meals, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

**Responsibilities**

- Prepare and serve high-quality food to our residents
- Clean kitchen and dining room areas, including equipment, to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Wash dishes, load dishwasher, and maintain safety awareness to prevent accidents
- Create memorable dining experiences for our residents through attention to detail and excellent communication skills

**Requirements**

- 6 Months' experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment, preferably in aged care
- Cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm atmosphere for residents
- Problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and 'think on your feet' are essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents
- Flexibility to cover shifts, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
