We are seeking a motivated and empathetic professional to join our team as a Case Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals through their recovery journey after a motor vehicle accident.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with injured individuals, providing compassionate and high-quality customer service that makes a real difference.

About You:

  • Experience in insurance claims or allied health is highly regarded.
  • A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Resilience and the ability to remain composed to ensure you are able to support people during vulnerable moments.
  • Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
  • Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
