Lead Arborist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Arborist to lead our team in undertaking various arboriculture tasks.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the completion of work with teams in the field, accurately reporting daily performance, coordinating operational and day-to-day activities, liaising with customers, ordering stock and materials, observing and reporting on broader issues impacting service delivery, and demonstrating initiative and continuous improvement. Additionally, they will support a high-performance team culture through effective leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the completion of work with teams in the field
  • Accurately report daily performance
  • Coordinate all operational and day-to-day activities
  • Liaise with customers
  • Order stock and materials
  • Observe and report on broader issues that may impact on service delivery
  • Demonstrate initiative and continuous improvement
  • Support a high-performance team culture
Skills and Qualifications Required:
  • 3-5 years' experience as an Arborist
  • Cert III in Arboriculture
  • Victorian MR licence
  • Chainsaw Ticket
  • EVP Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Traffic Management
  • Cert II ESI
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Card
