Change Experience Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Change Experience Specialist to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive business growth by delivering high-impact change experience initiatives.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for guiding, designing, and delivering client transitions and transformations. The successful candidate will lead design initiatives that prioritize users' needs, behaviors, and experiences related to the changes identified.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute change experience strategies that minimize resistance and maximize engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored change experience strategies and delivery plans.
  • Design and facilitate experiences, workshops, and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices in change management.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in consulting, change experience, organizational development, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing change experience strategies and plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with conducting change impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes.
  • Ability to develop personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate user insights and design concepts.
  • Demonstration of collaboration with project teams to integrate change experience activities into project plans.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors change program is desirable but not essential.
