About the Role

  • This position requires a retail professional with strong customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking customer inquiries over the phone and in store, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Providing customers with information on products and services, including setup and ongoing support for therapy equipment.
  • Fitting customers for masks and recommending suitable options based on training provided.
  • Assisting customers with advice on the safe and effective use of medical equipment.
  • Handling sales of new or additional services, following up on trials and testing results to ensure sales conversion.
  • Maintaining the condition of retail premises and displays.
  • Responsible for handling payments, balancing float and banking.
  • Accountable for trial and sales stock management.

To Succeed in This Role You Will Need:

  • Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A caring and compassionate attitude towards customers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and find solutions to customer concerns.
  • Training will be provided for healthcare retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
