We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team in Darwin as part of our expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career with a leading specialist-only, national Family Law firm.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years post-admission experience in Family Law and be based in Darwin or willing to relocate.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to advise clients on divorce & separation, property settlements, child support, relocations, and matters concerning de-facto and same-sex couples.
- Engage empathetically with clients, focusing on service and outcomes.
- Foster and maintain robust client relationships.
- Drive business development and establish solid referral networks.
- Manage files effectively.
- Work with a national team of expert family lawyers on various day-to-day matters.
- Post-admission experience in Family Law.
- Ability to build strong networks and rapport in the region.
- Commitment to securing outstanding results for clients.
- Keen business insight and appreciation for time management, achieving commercial results, and maintaining discipline in debtor and time management.
