Job Opportunity: Commercial Contracts Professional

As a key member of the Wholesale division, you will be responsible for ensuring effective contract management and governance across various customer relationships.

You will coordinate and oversee the contractual aspects of these relationships, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement contract governance frameworks to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate and draft contracts that meet commercial and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and improve contract performance, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing risk.

Additionally, this role involves providing legal support, credit and risk management, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
