ERP Finance Transformation Lead

This is a newly created 2-year fixed-term assignment that will lead the finance domain of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.


The role entails stakeholder collaboration with the core ERP team and vendor/implementation partner, and leading the design and creation of artefacts and business processes, functional requirements and data flows.


You will act as the key liaison between the ERP program team and the business, driving engagement, communication and change to facilitate a smooth transition to the new ERP.


Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Co-designing business processes, functionality and data architecture.
  • Process analysis and identification of business impact.
  • Collaborating with ERP vendors and internal finance teams to align business needs and solutions.
  • Managing the finance ERP business cases.
  • Acting as the conduit between the ERP program and retail operations.
  • Championing change management and supporting user adoption.
  • Supporting quality assurance, testing and training activities.
  • Developing finance functional requirements, standard operating procedures and high-level test plans.
  • Providing support during system cutover and deployment.

Your Background:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations focusing on finance.
  • Experience in the following modules: Budgeting, AR/AP, Reporting, Inventory and group financial consolidation.
  • Experience in luxury retail is highly desirable.
  • 10+ years in business process, functional and data capability analysis and design.
  • Familiarity with lean, six sigma, JIRA and agile methodologies.
  • CA/CPA qualification would be preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
