Job Title: Senior Civil Designer

This is a senior-level role that focuses on leading geometric design production for roads, highways, and related civil projects.

  • This position combines project leadership with championing the adoption of OpenRoads technology.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in OpenRoads and other geometric road design software, as well as proficiency in creating 3D road design and federated BIM models.

Strong knowledge of design standards, particularly Austroads, is also essential.

In addition to technical skills, excellent leadership and communication skills are required to succeed in this role.

The ability to work in a collaborative, virtual environment is also highly valued.
