Infrastructure and Policy Expert Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Australia's transition to net zero infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of policy development, implementation, and analysis of complex data sets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse Workforce Data: Identify skills gaps in the decarbonising infrastructure projects and develop strategies to upskill workers.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Develop policies and programs that support the growth of a skilled and sustainable workforce in collaboration with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and community groups.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and implement initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion in the construction and infrastructure sector.
  • Low-Carbon Technologies: Contribute to the development of regulations and standards that support the adoption of low-carbon technologies and practices.
Requirements:
  • Policy Development Experience: Proven experience in policy development and implementation in the infrastructure and construction sectors.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, architecture, urban planning, or public policy.
