Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing stock control, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, experience in managing day-to-day store operations, and the ability to lead by example. You will be expected to empower and develop your team, ensuring high levels of engagement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee stock control, including receiving and processing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and implementing effective stock rotation strategies
- Develop and implement sales growth plans, including identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing effective promotions and marketing campaigns
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a fully stocked store
- Demonstrated experience in retail management, with a strong track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a team
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
