Role Overview:

Within the Bunnings Frame & Truss centres, we uphold our longstanding commitment to meeting the needs of Australian trades. Our product offerings span electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and construction supplies, sourced sustainably from various global locations. This presents excellent opportunities for career advancement.

As our Frame and Truss Manufacturing facility expands, we are seeking a Supervisor to oversee our Production Team. This position involves leading a skilled team of 10 on our Production Line. The role is hands-on, requiring you to assemble Timber Framing using state-of-the-art Beam Saws, Peg Drills, Nail Guns, and other tools to ensure compliance with Australian standards. The integration of the latest Automated Technology has made the process of constructing Frames and Trusses more efficient, safe, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture Frames and Trusses adhering to Australian Standards
  • Assemble frame and truss components
  • Cut and nail timber to specified dimensions
  • Perform manual handling tasks
  • Operate hand and power tools
  • Maintain general warehouse cleanliness
