Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our regional operations team.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across all facets of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate outstanding packaging orders and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with transport providers to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date filing and record keeping systems.
  • Ensure accurate recording of invoices and financial documentation.
  • Assist with site visitor coordination and contractor inductions.
  • Oversee general office supplies and amenities to support daily operations.
  • Support the planning and delivery of site functions and events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration.
  • Possess high attention and problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
