Junior Bakery Assistant Role
We are currently seeking a junior bakery assistant to help manage the daily operations of our bakery.
The ideal candidate will have no commercial baking experience, but must be willing to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include assisting with dough preparation, cleaning duties, packing and slicing bread products, goods received and stock rotation, and maintaining a clean working environment.
Additionally, you will be expected to possess a level of fitness enabling you to lift and work on your feet, and adhere to food safety procedures with good attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
