We are currently seeking experienced Travel Professionals to join our Customer Service Team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced consultants who are looking to move away from direct sales and into a more customer-service oriented role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the aftersales aspect of our customer's holidays
  • Finalising accurate payments
  • Maintaining professional and accurate customer records
  • Delivering on service targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner and adaptable to new challenges
  • Customer service focused
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Be solutions-focused with great ability to problem-solve
