Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care and leadership to clients in the community setting
  • Develop, implement, monitor and review care plans to promote independence and quality of life
  • Conduct comprehensive and accurate assessments of residents
  • Support the service to meet all accreditation standards

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience
  • Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care
  • Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
