About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our Commercial B2B team at Domain Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive improvement in revenue and other key performance indicators for the Commercial team and Domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Leaders of the business segments to provide strategic and tactical input and recommendations based on data and insights
  • Run Quarterly Sales Reviews and associated analysis & story telling
  • Use a range of data sources to uncover actionable insights and prioritise accordingly
  • Manage the insights and reports pipeline requests and their respective stakeholders' expectations
  • Develop reports in Tableau that are scalable throughout our sales teams
  • Develop and maintain new dashboards or reports for the sales revenue and a platform for strategic storytelling
Requirements
  • Experience working with databases, to extract data and convert this into consumable insights, using Tableau and other data intelligence platforms
  • 2+ years experience in insights, analytics and marketing roles
  • Strong presentation skills and written/verbal communication
  • Experience driving end-to-end insights led programs
  • The ability to analyse data to inform strategy development or tactical changes
  • A Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen, a natural creative flair and a customer-centric approach to everything you do
  • Strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
