EHS and Rail Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our rail safety initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workplace health and safety, with experience working on complex projects.
Responsibilities will include providing EHS and rail safety support across various stages of project delivery, from construction to commissioning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement and implementing best practice management systems.
They will also monitor daily site tasks, advise on risks and controls, and ensure compliance with company procedures and legislative requirements.
- Promote a culture of zero harm and actively work towards achieving this goal.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective WHS policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions taken.
