Aged Care Assessment Clinician Job Description
Assessors in our Aged Care Assessment Team are accountable for achieving and monitoring clinical outcomes in their specific area of expertise, driving best practice and identifying trends in clinical care and practice variances. This role involves working closely with a dynamic and supportive team that is passionate about delivering high quality aged care assessments.
About the Role
This position offers regular professional development opportunities and well-structured clinical support. You will be responsible for assessing patients and providing recommendations to enable access to services under My Aged Care.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Demonstrated understanding of aged care systems
- Current registration with AHPRA in your relevant discipline
- Evidence of ongoing commitment to professional development
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
