About This Role

You will play a vital role in guiding injured workers through the Workers Compensation claim process.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact on people's lives.

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing and processing claims, reviewing and approving requests for compensation, and ensuring timely reimbursement of treatment costs.

You will also provide exceptional customer service to injured workers and employers, handling high volumes of client and customer calls.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in customer service-based roles, preferably in medical administration, employment services, or rehabilitation.

A tertiary qualification in Psychology, social work, or a similar field is beneficial but not essential.
