About this Sustainability Role

As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will lead sustainability workstreams on major infrastructure projects. You'll help shape integrated, future-focused solutions by championing innovative approaches to sustainable design, construction, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies that enhance performance and utilize emerging technologies.
  • Create clear, well-researched reports and technical papers on various sustainability topics.
  • Partner with clients and project teams to embed advanced sustainability strategies into infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct detailed life cycle analyses and take ownership of conducting sustainability assessments.
  • Train and inspire junior team members.
Requirements
  • Recognised tertiary qualifications in engineering or environmental science.
  • Extensive experience (ideally 10+ years) in sustainability within infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience as a principal sustainability lead in delivering IS Ratings and/or equivalent infrastructure sustainability certification schemes.
  • Ability to manage whole-of-life cost assessments and climate risk assessments.
  • Mature negotiation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
