Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Support and Advice

Provide expert technical support and guidance to field sites, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality results.

Risk and Opportunity Identification

Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities, and communicate them to the project team to ensure informed decision-making.

Project Coordination

Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion and effective utilization of personnel and equipment.

Design Review and Field Considerations

Participate in design review meetings and ensure that field-related design considerations are taken into account to ensure seamless project execution.

Quality and Safety Assurance

Ensure the availability of HSE, quality plans, and documents, and develop project-specific procedures and safety assessments to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Resource Allocation and Teamwork

Identify and allocate required internal and external resources, and facilitate effective teamwork between site and back-office personnel to ensure project success.

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience

Hold a university diploma in engineering or possess equivalent industry experience, with a strong understanding of turbines, generators, and balance of plant equipment.

Technical Skills

Be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, schedules, and budgets, and possess strong computer literacy in MS Office suite, SAP, and Primavera P6.

Communication and Leadership

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively, and possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Requirements

Be willing to relocate to Australia for the duration of the project (approximately 4-5 years), and possess a strong understanding of AutoCAD, Solid Edge software, or equivalent.
