Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Manager to support our Maternity & Gynaecology Service, with a focus on gynaecological cancers and general gynaecology services.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead the strategic collection, management, analysis, and reporting of clinical and research data. Your work will inform clinical care, service planning, research, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Manage and maintain high-quality clinical and research datasets
  • Ensure compliance with all data governance, ethical, and regulatory requirements
  • Support clinicians and researchers with accurate data for analysis and reporting
  • Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care and outcomes

Our team provides specialist, coordinated care for women with gynaecological cancers through a multidisciplinary approach to investigation and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Leading Clinical and Research Data Management:

  • Develop and implement effective data management systems
  • Maintain data integrity, completeness, and compliance with standards
  • Provide timely and accurate data to support clinical decision-making

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with clinicians, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance
