Freshwater Brewing Company are hiring Experienced Baristas

At Freshwater Brewery we have a focus on promoting a lifestyle that appeals to the 'fun in the sun' attitude that Australia is so well known for. We're also firmly committed to being an inclusive, fun and safe venue, where customers, staff and everyone in between feel valued and respected. As well as being a fully functional brewery & bar, we also have a small cafe at the front of the venue that is open 7 days a week serving the essentials.

We are looking for experienced baristas that are comfortable running a small cafe, managing the venue in the mornings, making coffee, running food & maintaining customer relationships on your own. Must be able to take initiative and work productively. We can offer between 15-20 hours/week.

Working days required are Monday, Tuesday 6.45-1pm & Saturdays 8am-12pm.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.11 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
