Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their holistic needs are met in accordance with their individualized care plan.
- Contribute to the achievement of site reporting, accreditation standards, and legislative compliance by completing necessary documentation and reporting incidents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a client-focused approach.
- The ability to prioritize workload safely and efficiently.
- A Certificate III in Aged Care (or significant experience in a related setting) and a willingness to undertake further training and development opportunities.
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening check.
