About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced coordinator to lead our team in delivering exceptional outside school hours care services. As a service leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and compliant program that meets the diverse needs of primary-aged children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct a team of educators to design and implement engaging daily experiences
  • Establish strong relationships with local schools and communities
  • Manage service compliance and medical documentation accurately
  • Foster genuine connections with children and their families
Essential Requirements:

A relevant diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, confident communication skills, and a proactive attitude are also crucial.
