Corporate Governance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team in a Corporate Governance capacity. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience working in an Australian law firm, corporate secretariat, or listed-company environment.

  • Preparing and lodging ASIC documents (director changes, share issues, company amendments).
  • Maintaining company registers and corporate governance records.
  • Assisting with board and committee minute preparation.
  • Supporting due diligence processes for capital raisings, IPOs, and corporate transactions.
  • Drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents under supervision.

About the Role

  • The successful Paralegal will work closely with senior practitioners to support the firm's client delivery and operational excellence.
  • They will be responsible for a range of tasks including preparing and lodging ASIC documents, maintaining company registers, and assisting with board and committee minute preparation.
