We are looking for an accomplished executive leader to serve as our Interim CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of our organisation, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
About the Role- Prioritise organisational, financial, and strategic objectives.
- Lead the senior leadership team to ensure high-level governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement financial management, property, and risk frameworks to maintain long-term sustainability.
- Support governance structures, providing timely advice and information to Boards and Committees.
- Oversee human resources strategy, including leadership development and staff engagement.
- Guide property, fundraising, and financial strategies to strengthen our resources and mission.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting obligations to stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation externally, fostering positive relationships with key partners.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a C-level leader in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing fiscal and human resources.
- Expertise in governance, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- High-level experience and skills in developing and deploying vision, mission, and strategic plans.
- Experience in fund and property management.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading direct reports to advance employee engagement.
