Executive Director

We seek a seasoned executive to drive our business forward in Melbourne, Australia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Performance: Oversee Victoria's profit and loss statement, driving revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Strategy and Operations: Manage refurbishment, sales, delivery, finance, and customer experience across the board.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Enhance conversion rates across sales, finance, and ownership products.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of 50+ professionals across blue- and white-collar functions.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in leadership roles with P&L responsibility (operations, automotive, consulting or high-growth businesses and startups).
  • A proven track record of scaling and managing multi-function teams and operations.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills to interpret data, build insights, and drive informed decisions.
