**Plant Care Specialist | Sales Team Member**
Job Overview:
As a skilled Plant Care Specialist, you will be immersed in the world of plants and interact with customers to provide guidance and address their inquiries. You will extend your expertise beyond plant care to educate and guide customers, creating an environment where their relationship with plants flourishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, providing guidance and addressing inquiries related to plant purchases.
- Prepare plant labels and generate informative tickets with essential plant details.
- Align with merchandising framework by placing price tickets accurately.
- Contribute to packing and dispatch of plants for retail stores and e-commerce orders.
- Maintain integrity of ticketing, ensuring visibility and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to design visually appealing plant displays.
- Uphold employee standards, including uniform adherence and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.
