  1. Managing and coordinating daily housekeeping operations, ensuring seamless execution and high standards.
  2. Leading and developing a team of housekeeping staff, providing coaching and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  4. Identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies, implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  5. Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

  1. A proven track record in hotel housekeeping, with experience in managing teams and optimizing operations.
  2. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  4. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
