About This Opportunity
  • Create a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner-centred, supportive, cooperative, and aligned with relevant curriculum policies documents and practices.
  • Collaboratively develop implement quality curriculum programs appropriate pedagogy evaluate their effectiveness assess report student progress learning outcomes and report these to students parents and the community.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team teachers staff members in contributing to the professional life of the school fostering a positive school culture.
  • Proactively engage with professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Establish positive relationships in the pastoral care of students support their spiritual moral development.

About You

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills experience including:

  • Creating a supportive learner-focused classroom aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
  • Expertise in designing delivering effective curriculum programs in line with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
  • Commitment to engage with colleagues students parents/carers to enrich learning experiences achieve the best educational outcomes for students.
  • A passion to support students' spiritual moral development.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
  • Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers.
