  • Incorporate state-wide telephone financial assistance program (Moneycare)
About the Role

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A willingness to undertake Diploma of Community Services - Financial Counselling or have commenced equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role with proven track record
  • Accreditation as a Financial Advisor (member of relevant industry association) or be willing to attain accreditation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and information pertaining to financial matters
