Main Responsibilities
  • Lead valuations of businesses and intangible assets in small project teams.
  • Take ownership of projects within each team, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Create valuation reports and detailed financial models, highlighting key findings.
  • Critically evaluate advice provided and propose strategies to address client needs.
Required Expertise
  • Extensive experience in valuation within the Financial Services sector.
  • A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business, with demonstrated proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Possession of a CFA credential or active pursuit is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with various valuation techniques, including market comparables and discounted cash flow methods.
  • Experience conducting valuations for accounting and/or tax planning purposes is desirable.
